My House
Satellite as visitor,
Slips,

No visible marks of violence,
Nothing but mud,
And sand,
And starfish in streams,
And sediment.

All these solider ants,
Screaming,
And shooting down,
And fell in line,
Detonate in shallow waters.
Stand by,
And sleep down,
Like a photograph.
You made bad dreams,
You made yourself an ogre,
You made yourself a weapon,
And asteroids as angels,
And atop chariots,
Avail to meteor molten cores.

And Tsete flies,
And Tana leaves,
And bandages,
And telescopes,
And transparencies,
